Eureka Springs, Public Library, and Lead-in to Mardi Gras 2016

Cocktails for a Cause flagged the Eureka Springs Public Library as beneficiary for February with the Love My Library event at the iconic Basin Park Hotel. Authors chatted up the crowd, promoted reading, and sold books.

As a librarian, I can never resist the call to literacy. At the very least, this was a good cause and wonderful networking opportunity.

Good snacks, free cocktail samples, door prize raffle, and well-drinks rounded out the evening.  Love My Library signals the first stop on the 2016 Mardi Gras train to the Jokers Masquerade Ball. Laissez le bon temps rouler.
