September 21. International Day of Peace. The day to at least deliver humanitarian aid. A day to ceasefire in combat zones. On the broader front, it is advocates for the absence of war and killing and violence.
On a still broader front, the day supports peace from political divisiveness, fighting, and the shredding these elements inflict on the human soul, the individual heart.
The IDP has stretched its patronage, its hopes over peoples, countries and individuals from 1981 to the present. One world. Sustainable. Equal. Compassionate.
If You Walk Long Enough is one of my contributions to seeking peace by learning from the past.
Even ghosts in this tale of Vietnam, find their own quietness.
Thanks for supporting peace Nancy.
